HOTEL RULES AND REGULATIONS

• Hotel Siddhi-Vinayak is committed towards environment and adopts sustainable practices wherever possible. We have a strict Waste Management Policy. We segregate all the waste generated into 4 bins – Wet or Biodegradable, Plastic, Paper and others. We don’t allow the use of plastic bags and other single-use plastics in the hotel premises. Please co-operate with us and put the generated waste in the designated bin. All the dry waste collected are send for recycling. We also request to put the used toiletries and their covers in the designated bin. 

• Management is not liable for personal property loss. Guests are advised to secure their personal belongings and valuables.

• Check-In time is 08:00 A.M. and Check-Out is 07:00. A.M. We allow early Check-In for our guests upon request based on room availability. Check-out after 08:00 AM will be charge as full. 

• If you like your rooms to be made up, please inform the front-desk prior to departing for the day.

• Being an environmentally conscious hotel, change of bedding linens and hand towels are done on the second day of stay.

• Please turn over keys at the front-desk before departing from the hotel. Lost keys will be charged @INR 1000 per piece.

• Smoking and Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Any guest found not abiding by the said rules will be subjected to a penalty of INR 500 per offence.

• • When unattended, please close room windows and keep the doors locked.

• Please switch-off lights, ceiling fans, tv, AC, other electrical appliances and make sure all the showers are properly turned off when not in use. 

• Please report immediately to the front-desk if any damage is there or broken features for prompt repairing.

• Before or at designated check-out time, please allow our house-keeping stuff to check your rooms. Missing items from the rooms will be charged from the guests account. Please allow 20 minutes to facilitate.

• No pets are allowed in the property.

• The guests ensure that nothing shall be attached to floors wall of hotel premises by nails, screws, glue guns or other means. Otherwise, any damage caused shall be charged to the guests. 

• Please be courteous to other guests by keeping noise to a minimum in public areas and refrain from loud music and noise after midnight.

• Rooms left in an uninhabitable state for incoming guest – for example lingering smell from market purchases, excessive mess, acts of vandalism – will be charged at a full night stay and/or reimbursement of loss/cost of replacement.
