Check-in and Check-out for Hotel Guests

Check-In time is 08:00 AM and Check-Out is 7:00. AM

We allow early Check-In for our guests upon request based on room availability.

Check-out after 08:00 AM will be charged as full.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of bookings through online platforms such as Makemytrip, GoIbibo etc must be dealt directly with the concerned third party. Only booking made with us directly via phone calls or our official website will be liable to refunds.

Cancellation made 48 hours before the booking date will be subjected to 50% refund and 24 hours before the booking date will be subjected to no refund.

Reservation Policy

We require a minimum deposit of 50% of the total amount to guarantee the booking. The remaining balance must be settled upon check-in.

Credit Card Policy

We accept all major credit cards. 

Cleanliness and Waste Management Policy

We strive to keep our premises and rooms clean. We have a strict waste management policy as we segregate the waste generated. We do not allow any plastic bags and other plastic items inside the hotel. We urge our guests to put all the plastic waste in the designated bin for plastic waste in the lobby and outside the hotel. 

Extra Person Policy

We allow one extra person per room for an additional charge of INR 600 per person per day. 

Children Policy

Children of age 10 and under are free if using the existing bed. Any additional mattress provided will be charged as INR 400 per person per day. Children above 10 years will be charged as an extra person.

Smoking and Drinking Policy

Smoking (tobacco and marijuana) and Drinking (consumption of alcohol) is strictly prohibited in the hallways and inside the rooms. Any guest found not abiding by the said rules will be subjected to penalty.
